Helpdesk

If you get stuck using Sentori our support team is available to answer your questions. To send a ticket to the helpdesk just click the Technical Support link in the footer of the software or click here to email us. Helpdesk availability

The helpdesk operates Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm GMT, excluding UK public holidays. We aim to answer all tickets within 2 hours, in practice it is usually much quicker.

Marketing strategies – you know your market better than we do, simple as that! We do, however, publish general articles in our blog and newsletters to help you get more from your email marketing. If you have a suggestion for something you'd like to see covered, please do get in touch.

HTML or CSS code. We've made Sentori so that content editors need not worry about code. If you're a designer, please refer to our designer guidelines.
