This [[summary-reports|Summary Report]] is a CSV file detailing the key performance indicators of a month's email campaigns. Each row represents a send and the columns offer details and KPI.

| Sent | The date/time that the email was sent. |
| Recipients | Total number of unique recipients. |
| Bounced | Total number of [[bounces|bounces]]. |
| Delivered | Total number of emails successfully delivered. |
| Opens | Total number of contacts Sentori identified as [[how-email-opens-are-tracked|opening an email]]. |
| Unique Clicks | Total number of unique contacts who clicked any content link. |
| Social Shares | Total number of shares across all social networks. |
| Abuse Complaints | Total number of [[abuse|abuse]] complaints this email received. |
